Torres Strait Islander (TSI) Flag

Torres Strait Islander Flags (TSI) - The TSI flag design was adopted in 1995 and was designed by Bernard Namok.
The flag was created as a symbol of unity and identity for the people of Torres Strait Islands. The colours of the flag represent the TSI culture - green for the mainlands, Australia and PNG. Blue, for the island waters. Black, for the people of Torres Strait. The center symbol for the Dhari or headdress. The 5 pointed star for the 5 major island groups of TSI as well as sea-faring navigation. White, representing peace.
The Torres Strait Islander (TSI) flags are finished with a loop at the top and bottom of the flag to be used with clips to attach and run up a flag pole. Clips are included with the flag for your convenience.
The flags come in a range of sizes for you to choose from, select your size from the drop down menu.
