The Thailand flag design was adopted in 1917, with the colours being standardised by the Prime Minister in September 2017 in an official announcement. The design of the Thailand flag consists of a tricolour design, with five horizontal stripes, running in the order of red, white stripes of equal size, and wider centre blue stripe, followed by another white and red stripe of equal size to the top two matching stripes.
Symbolically the colours are said to represent the following: red for the people and the land, white for the religions and blue for the monarchy. The colours are also said to stand for the nation-religion-king, which is the unofficial motto of Thailand.
Our World flags are finished with a loop at the top and bottom of the flag to be used with clips to attach to the rope and run up a flag pole. Clips are included with the flag for your convenience.
The flags come in a range of sizes for you to choose from, select your size from the drop down menu.
