Greece Flag - The current design has been in place since 1978, and consists of nine horizontal stripes in blue and white, with a white cross on a blue square in the canton.
The cross is said to represent Christianity, the established religion of the Greek people of Greece and Cyprus. The shade of blue has varied over the years as there is no exact shade of blue determined for use. The blue stripes have ranged from a very light to dark blue over the years. Blue and white are seen as symbolising the colours of the famed Greek sky and sea.
Our World flags are finished with a loop at the top and bottom of the flag to be used with clips to attach to the rope and run up a flag pole. Clips are included with the flag for your convenience.
The flags come in a range of sizes for you to choose from, select your size from the drop down menu.
