Belize Flag - When Belize became Independent in 1981, this flag design was adopted. The Belize flag consists of a blue background, red boarders top and bottom, and Coat of Arms in the middle.
The Coat of Arms is said to represent the logging industry that first lead the British to settle there. The colours represent the country's national parties, the red being added after the United Democrats Party objected to the flag only being blue and white originally as that was the People's United Party's representatives colours.
Our Belize flags are finished with a loop at the top and bottom of the flag to be used with clips to attach to the rope and run up a flag pole. Clips are included with the flag for your convenience.
The flags come in a range of sizes for you to choose from, select your size from the drop down menu.
