The Scotland flag or St Andrew's Cross, is the official Flag of Scotland. This design consists of a blue field with a white diagonal cross spanning the entire width of the flag. The white cross is also called a Saltire, and so this flag is commonly described as a saltire on a blue field. This design was adopted in the 16th century and the Scotland Flag has stayed the same since.
